Where we fit — and where we do not

We support the build-up and internal auditing of your management system. We are not a certification body: the accredited certifier who audits you must remain independent of anyone who helped you prepare. That separation is what makes a certificate worth holding, and we maintain it strictly.

Proportionate systems for smaller organisations

ISO 9001 does not require a thick binder. For a small firm, a working system built around the way you already operate — with real records — passes an audit far more reliably than a purchased template nobody follows.
