Quality assurance is what you do before a problem exists; quality control is how you catch it when it does. Most procurement disputes trace back to neither being properly defined at the start of the contract.

Inspection test plans that actually get used

We write ITPs that identify the real risk points in your supply, not a generic template. Each line states the activity, the reference document, the acceptance criteria, and who attends: review, witness, hold or surveillance.

The documentation package is part of the product

On most industrial contracts the manufacturing record book is a deliverable in its own right, and an incomplete one delays acceptance as surely as a defective weld. We compile and review the MRB against the contract requirement as the work proceeds, not at the end.
