Second & Third Party Inspection

A second party inspection is carried out by, or on behalf of, the buyer. A third party inspection is carried out by an organisation independent of both buyer and supplier. The distinction matters because it determines whose interest the report protects — and whether a bank, insurer or regulator will accept it.

Where we act as your eyes

We attend the supplier's works on your behalf at the hold and witness points defined in the inspection test plan, verify the work against your purchase order and drawings, and raise non-conformances the day they are found rather than batching them into a final report.

Independence is the product

We are not affiliated with any fabricator, trading house or supplier. Where a report is used to release payment or clear a shipment, that independence is what gives the document its value — and we document it explicitly in every report.

• Hold, witness, review and surveillance point attendance
• Verification against purchase order, drawings and datasheets
• Material certificate review to EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2
• Same-day non-conformance reporting
• Final inspection and release note issue
• Reports in German or English within 48 hours
