Vendor Assessment

A supplier audit before award costs a fraction of a rejection after delivery. The purpose is not to find fault — it is to establish, on evidence, whether this supplier can actually deliver what your specification demands, with the equipment and people they actually have.

What an assessment actually establishes

Quality management system maturity and whether it is genuinely operated; calibration and equipment control; welder and NDT personnel qualification validity; material traceability practice; sub-supplier control; and how previous non-conformities were handled — which is usually the most revealing area.

Reported so you can decide

You receive a structured report with findings ranked by risk, evidence for each, and a clear recommendation: approved, approved with conditions, or not recommended. Where conditions apply, we state exactly what must be demonstrated before award.
